Obituary

ODOM, Zeke Jarvis
Zeke J Odom, 40, was lifted up to heaven on March 16, 2011. Zeke was a native to the Sacramento area and leaves behind his loving wife, Cynthia (CeCe) Odom, his two wonderful sons, Zian Odom and Andrew Cross, his adoring sister Andrea Odom, his precious parents Denise and Victor Herrnberger and all of the Herrnberger and Zian families.
Zeke worked with his father and became an accomplished mechanic, certified smog technician and for the last 15 years a certified journeyman electrician and was employed at Century Lighting for the past two years. He often spoke about how much he loved his job and the people he worked with.
Zeke’s passions included fishing of any kind, (he really loved those big sturgeon), and RECREATING in the outdoors with his family and friends. Zeke seemed to touch the lives of everyone he met.
Memorial services will be held Saturday, April 2, 2011 at 10:00 A.M. at East Lawn Mortuary, 5757 Greenback Lane, Sacramento, CA.

Spent good times with you my old friend Soccer, Football, Skateboarding, skim boarding, lots of fishing in the creek and golf course. And fishing n skimming with your mom and dad at Folsom I think we were kinda distracted looking at the girls being in jr. high. Wish we had a chance to fish one more time and even rope swing like we used to so many things growing up. RIP my long time friend. You have been a good Dad and that says it best. My heart goes out to your kids and family. RIP Zeke your one of a kind and made a big difference to those around you, thank you for being that friend to me and others.
