William James Spallas
Born April 26, 1934 in San Francisco, CA and passed away peacefully on April 11, 2015, two weeks short of his 81st Birthday, after complications of a second stroke. After graduation from Sacret Heart Cathedral in San Francisco, he proudly served in the Korean War and was a life long Marine. He was an active member in the Greek Orthodox Church of the Annunciation. Bill was a trusted and successful business man in the area, where he consistently met and exceeded milestone after milestone. Bill was a dedicated husband to his adoring wife Carol, whom he spent hi remaining 30 years of his life with. He is survived by his loving family. Bill was father to Gregory (Kathy) and Nicholas (Angie), and his step son Michael Bristow. He was so proud of his adoring grandchildren, Trenton, Sophie, Matthew and Jack. He was also survived by his brother Peter (Peri) Spallas and his sister Presvaytera (Father James) Adams. He was preceded in death by his twin sister, Diamond Boubalos. He is survived by many loving nieces and nephews and loved his devoted friends Ron, Dave, Bob and Gary. Bill was loved by all and is remembered by the hearts he touched and smiles he brought to the many around him each and every day. A very special Thank You to his nephew Michael Yates, who took such good care of him for the past four years.
