Ethel, I remember seeing Wilbur at Whitey’s in West Sac a few months ago. I remember playing poker on many Super Bowls at Tom’s. Also the good time’s fixing up the house and taking care of your to do list. Wilbur was a happy man. He was always in positive spirits with a smile on his face. He will be missed.
