Violet June Brenner
Jun 21, 1921 - Jan 26, 2010
We lost our beloved mama and grandma after a valiant effort to stay with us through a last year of medical difficulties. Born in Sutter Creek, CA on June 12, 1921, she was the only sister to be born in town. She came from a mountain ranching family but eventually her parents moved them to Sacramento for the benefits of city living. She adored her parents and three sisters Margaret, Ethel and Bert. All of whom have passed on.
She married, the love of her life, Felix “Phil” Brenner on August 15, 1946. Thus began an exciting chapter of her life as a U.S.A.F. wife, seeing parts of the world and the U.S. for the next 33 years. They had two children Sue and Steve. More loved and spoiled kids would be hard to find. After retirement from the Air Force, June and Phil became owners of MTI Business College in Stockton. Mom worked with Dad and then Steve after our father died in January 2000.
She leaves behind her cherished grandsons Jesse and Ian and their Dad and Sue’s husband Fred Wiehe. She supported us in all things and gave us unconditional love. We hope we did half as much for her. We love you so much and miss you so much.
