Victor Fredrick Baker was born in Riverside, California to Johnnie B. Baker, Sr. and Freddie Christine Baker on October 31, 1955. He went to elementary school at Thomas Kelly Elementary School, John Barrett Jr. High School, and Del Campo High School in Carmichael, California. Victor graduated from The University of the Pacific (UOP) where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, and Masters of Business Administration. He worked as a Financial Advisor for Ronald Kinschi & Associates for 7 years. Victor was one of the youngest and successful associates and junior partner at this firm. He loved sports such as basketball, baseball, and football and was involved in church functions.
Victor is preceded in death by his father, Johnnie B. Baker, Sr. (deceased 2009)
Victor is survived by Tenee N. Baker (daughter), Glenna Baker (daughter), Freddie C. Baker (mother), Johnnie B. Baker, Jr. (brother), Christopher R. Baker (brother), Tonya Orozco (sister), Taria Baker-Michelet (sister), Millard J. Baker (brother), Shunda Baker (sister), Mary A. Baker (stepmother), Jadon S. B. Smith (grandson), Saniyah L. Baker-Wilson (granddaughter), and beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, and relatives.
Pallbearers will be Johnnie B. Baker, Jr, Christopher R.
Baker, Millard J. Baker, Jadon S. B. Smith, Evan Michelet, and Matthew Warren.
