Obituary

Mr. Shu C. Louie was born on September 4th, 1932 in ToiShan, China.

In 1953, he married Miss Chun Lee in China, and one year later he went to Hong Kong by himself and worked there. His wife came to Hong Kong in 1957 to be united with him. They continued to live in Hong Kong for the next 30 years and together raised four sons and a daughter.

In 1985, with their two youngest sons, they immigrated to the United States and resided in Sacramento. While he was in the United Stated, he worked as a mason and a painter in house remodeling for several years, and then he operated a sewing factory business in midtown Sacramento.  In 1995, he retired and enjoyed being with friends and family.

He was a hardworking man who loved helping people.

He was also a great husband, father, and grandfather.

He left behind: wife, 4 sons, and 5 grandchildren.

雷樹熾先生於1932年9月4日在中國台山,大江,龍口村出生。他從小就幫助父親所經營泥水裝修工程生意。

雷樹熾先生在1953年與李春蘭女士結婚。婚後共育有四子一女。

1954年隻身去香港工作,以裝修工程謀生。

1957年他的妻子去香港與他團聚,在香港生活30年之久。於1985年與2名小兒子移民美國二埠居住。

他為人工作勤奮、積極進取,平實儉樸、樂於助人。

移民美國後須要從新開始,雖然困難重重,但他有堅強的鬥志,努力不懈,從學駕駛車輛、言語的學習及生活方式的適應等等,都表現出他克苦耐勞、堅持到底的精神。

他曾經經營家庭衣廠生意,亦曾經出去大埠、在工作、生活上幫助親友的須要。

1995年正式退休,退休後生活休閒,平時喜歡與朋友閒談天地、飲茶吃飯,與家人共享天倫之樂。
