Rosemary Louise Bentley

Jan 18, 1942 - May 25, 2017

In the comfort of Hospice care and surrounded by her children Eric, Jennifer and Craig, Rosemary Louise Bentley passed in her home in Sacramento, CA on May 25, 2017. She was so brave and courageous through her life and especially in the last few months. Her wish was to “Become a tree”, so each of her children will plant trees that will be nourished and enriched by her ashes. She is survived by her three children, daughter-in-law Virginia, grandson Jeremy, and great- granddaughter Charlotte.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Cancer Society or Hospice in her honor would be sincerely appreciated.

You were a very special person in my life Rosemary. I will never forget you! Heck never would have gotten that first mammogram without you pushing me. Thought you would live for long after. But… Anyway, even though we met through the dentist office and you were my patient…you were always a friend first! I heard so much about your family. And of course all the dogs! Wish I met Whiskey. And your kids. Maybe someday. Just came back from Boston visiting my family. Wish I could tell you. But I’m sure you were looking down and saw. You were definitely one of the good ones, one of the best people I knew. Rest now… Say hi to my Mom. All my love. Cheri
