Rose Marie Foust Lange McKee, 86, died Saturday the 19th of March in Sacramento, California. Born in 1929 in Camp County, Texas, Rose was a long-time resident of West Sacramento, California. Rose dedicated the early part of her life to her family. At the age when most people retire, Rose started working for the Daily Recorder and finished her career at The Stampers Corner. Rose loved taking road trips, especially to Coloma and the Pacific Ocean; baking cookies, cakes, and brownies; making candy; crocheting afghans; and tending her rose garden. She is survived by her husband, Ed McKee; her son, Terry Lange and his wife, Gazelle; her daughter, Patti Lange Bailey and her husband, Bill; her grandchildren, Donna Harney Stearns, Lauri Enloe Rowan Keegan, Michele Enloe, Kenny Brink, Wendy Poirier Barnes, Beth Bailey, Jeanne Bailey, Tabitha Lange Angel, and Mary Bailey; seventeen great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter. Rose is predeceased by her parents, James and Linnia Foust; her brothers, Holman, Odie, Rabbit, Man, and Paul Foust; her first husband, Dale Lange; her daughter, Jerry “Butchie” Lange Harney Enloe; and her son, Tom Lange. The funeral service will be held at 10:00am on March 24, 2016 at River Cities Funeral Chapel, 910 Soule Street, West Sacramento.
