Ray was a βone in a lifetime friendβ to myself and my family. Ray and I had a special bond that I treasue deeply. Raising teenage daughters brought us together first. Then, we discovered that we both loved fishing. The many times we fished on the “little red boat” in Alaska and marlin fishing in Mexico was an amazing therapy for both of us. Many emotional wounds were healed and many problems were solved while fishing together. Our families bonded over the years in a special way and this bond has withstood the test of time. Godβs Word says that those who run in a race all run, but only one receives the prize. Ray finished the race of life strong and received the ultimate prize of spending eternty with our Heavenly Father. Rest in peace my brother. We love you and miss you dearly. Until we meet again.
