  • Karen Garland says:

Dad, My heart is heavy & sad. I sat with you, several times, in all the facilities you had to be in. I sat there, and wished I could pull your pain out of you, and chuck it in the garbage! You fought that tumor for ten+ years, and you were relentless! Your strength, strong determination, and courage, have definitely shown us we can fight. You are the epitome of a hero. I love you, Dad. I miss you!! Please give Mr. Roo kisses and hugs for me… and tell cousin Ed I said hello…. I hope you are at peace, and resting. I know how you were constantly laying there, in hospital beds, thinking..thinking of a solution for this evil beast~ the ‘C’ word. Always thinking…. You definitely left your mark, Big O! I promise to take good care of Mom, and I will do my best to get along w/Uncle Paul. You are deeply missed…Dad. I love you, Karen
