I will always remember Neva’s great stories–She loved to talk about the Rattlesnake Roundup in Sweetwater, Texas, and how her Mother Hope and her Aunts Faith and Charity were celebrated as the longest living triplets in the Guinness Book of Records.

Where do I start lol….Bob and Neva May were very special people. I first started working with Neva at the bowling alley in 1980, I was 18. She was a character, loved to talk, especially about her Mom and aunts in Sweetwater Texas. On there Birthday, her Mom and aunts, they held big party’s in Sweetwater, if I remember right they went every year back to Sweetwater. The best times that we had with The Mays was when we traveled with Match Club, in there motor home to go Bowling. I sure miss those times…..Even tho I lost touch with Neva after leaving land park bowl, Her and Bob were always on my mind, they were like my second grandparents, I think everyone who knew them thought the same. She will be missed, but now she is back with Bob. I have so much more I could say, but she knows how I felt about her, well I hope she did. Well, Miss Neva just wanted to tell you, I am living in Texas noedw, have been for 10 yrs…. Just want you to know I really loved you Bob and always will…. Hey tell grandma and SWAT I love them, behave yourselves up there lol. Rest in Peace Miss Neva May, you will truely be missed……..

May you rest in peace Neva. I remember the first time I met you. I took my children bowling at Land Park bowl and wrote a check and you said I love the name Kathleen because that is my daughter’s name. I started working at the bowl and she took me under her wing and taught me everything I needed to know about the front desk. Loved traveling in the motor home with you and Bob to our out of town matches in match club. We got into so much trouble but we had fun. Tell Bob, and everyone else that worked and hung out at the bowling alley that I said hello. You will always have a special place in my heart and I have thought about you often.
