Neal Edward Eddlemon

Neal Edward Eddlemon went peacefully to be with the Lord at the age of 64 on Thursday, December 27, 2018 at Windsor Care Home in Sacramento. He was born December 30, 1953 in Palo Alto, CA to Lyle and Beverly Eddlemon and lived most of his life in the bay area until 2000 when he moved to the Sacramento area. Neal worked most of his career as a commercial electrician and also had his own locksmith business for a short period of time. Neal loved aviation and got his pilot license in the 1980’s. In his younger years he had his own band called Voyager. He was an amazing harmonica player and it was one of his favorite things to do. He loved music, especially Elvis, and he also loved boating, fishing, archery, making things with his hands and creating clever inventions. He was a self taught photographer and had many of his photos framed and hanging on the walls of his home as well as many family and friends. He also was a great teller of many stories and enjoyed making people laugh. Neal made friends everywhere he went.
Neal was loved and will be missed dearly. He is survived by his mother Beverly Dyer (step father Cliff Dyer), father Lyle Eddlemon (step mother Robin Eddlemon), wife Erlinda Eddlemon, daughters Nicole and Monica Eddlemon, sons Sean and Chris Eddlemon, brothers Ron Eddlemon (wife Julie Eddlemon), Todd Aced and many nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
There will be a graveside service on Friday January 4, 2019 at 2pm at East Lawn Mortuary, 5757 Greenback Lane, Sacramento, CA 95841. There will be a celebration of Neal’s life immediately following.
