Obituary

Mary Christine Olano-Ambuan (born March 26th, 1975), originally from Pasay City, Philippines peacefully passed away at Kaiser Permanente’s Hospital (Elk Grove, CA). She was predeceased by father (Manuel Sr.) and brother (Anthony), whom she now reunites with in paradise. She has left fond and loving memories to all people she came across during her journey here on earth – including her beloved husband (Arnel) and dear daughters (Chelsea and Chrystalle); mother (Josefina), sister (Dorothy) and brothers (Manuel Jr. and Joselito); nephews and nieces, in-laws, relatives; and exceptional friends (especially Audrey and Lally).
A sincere thank you is extended to all family, friends, and co-workers for joining in the mourning and celebration of Christine’s life. Christine was surely with us in spirit as her body surrendered and her soul gracefully began its final preparation at the funeral and church services on the 22nd of March at Eastlawn Memorial Chapel and St. Joseph Church.
We shall see Christine, our dear Yeye, again – face to face and we will always cherish and love her. Donations in her memory may be made to the UC Davis Comprehensive Cancer Center through the following link:

I thank God for having her in my life, for sharing her wonderful gift of life. Mommy Christine was the most amazing woman, wife and mother of our children. No other woman can match her unconditional love, her protective instinct, her wisdom and her dedication to our family. I love her so much, our children love her so much. She will always be in our hearts. Her memories will be kept in our hearts and mind, and will be cherished forever. May the good Lord grant her eternal life in heaven.
