I’ll always love and miss you, dear cousin. You’ll be in my heart forever with warm and happy memories. From your cousin, Arlene.

  • Bob and I will miss Marilyn. I enjoyed my visits with Marilyn in recent months. I finally feel like I’m officially a Cardoza Cousin. This is a photo we took of all the cousins visiting Marilyn in Tracy. Thank you for sharing your memories of growing up with my husband and his mother Marie. I feel like I got to know them both better through you. We see you dancing in Heaven with Bella. From your cousins Bobby and Roxanne Petrequin.

    • Joyce Rhodes says:

Remembering Marilyn as she spent hours, days, years volunteering at South Valley Family YMCA in San Jose. She was tireless, encouraging and a hard and fun worker. The Y became part of her family, but never surpassing the love she had for her dear husband, Darryl and their children. I was honored and blest to have known her, and thankful that I got to visit with her in Tracy…along with Daryl and Laura. My life is fuller because of the example she set . Rest in peace, dear Marilyn. Love and prayers from Joyce Rhodes and Bob too.

  • Timothy says:

My Grandma was always the happiest when she was surrounded by her grandkids and more recently great grandkids. Family was always number 1 for her. I’ll miss our phone calls, our video chats, and more importantly her love. I know she’s watching over all of us now, but nothing can ever replace her love. I’ll miss her dearly.

  • Jane Neumann says:

Marilyn – my American mom, thank you for opening your home and your heart for me, when I was an YEEP-student in 1981/82. I have always kept you in my heart, and I will always do♥️ Love forever, Jane

  • Linn Moore says:

I was so blessed to have known Marilyn and Darryl all these years; reuniting again here in Elk Grove after both of us moving here from San Jose. I still have hanging in my kitchen now paintings of fruit and an owl on a piece of wood that Marilyn gave me as a gift way back in the late 70’s when she babysat my daughter Dana! Beautiful remembrances. She was a loving and caring friend that I will always hold close to my heart. Rest In Peace dear friend and enjoy cuddle time with Bella💝
