A 50 year resident of Arden Park, she also loved spending time at her favorite home away from home, a cabin at Lake Tahoe. Whether at home or the cabin, Margaret enjoyed entertaining family and friends, who couldn’t wait for her to offer one of her famous apple dumplings or pies. Margaret opened her home and heart to many including Laraine Hutchison and Fran Hetherton who she treated as daughters. She was also a long time volunteer at Sutter Memorial Hospital for “Pinky Puppets”. The family would like to convey a special thank you to the wonderful and caring staff at Carmichael Oaks, where she resided for the last three years.
