Obituary

Mama Lucy passed peacefully surrounded by loved ones. She was born in the Philippines. Met her husband Frank married and had 3 sons born in the Islands, with the 2 youngest being born in the states. She was an accomplished seamstress and was actively involved with the Filipino Family Fraternity, the American Legion, Visayan Association, Legion of Mary, and Alter Society. Her loves was traveling, social services and socializing. She retired from the Sacramento County.

She was preceded by her granddaughter Erin, husband Frank Sr., son Frank Jr., grandsons Sean Sr., Sean Jr. and son Freddie.

Survived by sons Franklin (Angel), Renee (daughter in law) Ferdinand (Sarah), and daughter Dorothy (Desty Leyson). Grandchildren and great grandchildren; Andrea (Bobby Denina; Reyana, Brooklyn and Bobby jr.), Freddie jr. (Josie; Frankie, Fiona), Aimee, Megan (Sean Scollard; Drake ).

    I remember Lucy so well her daughter-in-law is my friend so I would see her at many family functions and especially at Mass at St. Rose’s 5:30 she she led the people in the Rosary faithfully and did not stop till it was complete. She was always kind to me and my family She is loved and will be missed.
