TEMPLETON, Jeri Lynn
Jeri Lynn Templeton, born April 30, 1959 in Palo Alto, CA and passed away November 28, 2013 peacefully in her family home in Modesto, CA.
Jeri lived her life as a caregiver and changed the lives of everyone she met.
She is survived by her husband Charlie, her son and daughter-in-law Brad and Brianna, her two grandchildren Chaz and Rhyan, brother Jeff Thompson and sister Joni Morris.
Funeral services are scheduled for Friday, December 6th, 2013 at 1:00 PM at Sierra Hills Memorial Park, East Lawn Cemetery, 5757 Greenback Ln, Sacramento with a celebration of life to follow at St. Francis Community Hall.
