Fischer, James Born May 13th, 1945 in Sacramento, CA: and passed away March 25th 2013 at the age of 67. Jim,”Fish” a 4 fourth-generation Sacramento native, graduated from El Camino H.S. Class of 1963 and graduated from University of Nevada,Reno. He is survived by son Jeff Earle (Wendy). Doting grandfather, “Gamp” to Taylor and Cooper Earle. Brother to Gary Fischer (Shelli). “Uncle Fish” impacted the lives of Jenni Richardson,husband Justin son Cole: Carlie Pardue husband Bill daughter Caroline and son Jack: Aimee Jett, Husband Doug Sherlie: Dallas Jett. He was preceded in death by parents Bobbie and Ray Fischer. A man of good taste and boundless generosity, he loved Stinson Beach, entertaining, cooking, duck hunting, golf and Vic’s Ice Cream. Fish was a lifelong fan of the Golden Bears, Giants and 49ers. As a successful commercial real estate broker with Coldwell Banker in the Sacramento and San Francisco offices, Jim treasured his many friends, most made through business ventures. His retirement showcased his many talents, including woodcarving shorebirds, ducks and fish and volunteering as a docent at the Marine Mammal Rescue Center. He will forever be remembered for appreciating the gift of good people, good times, good stories and good wine. Friends and family of Fish are invited to a Celebration of His Life on Tuesday April 2nd, 2013 from 2-4pm at Le Rivage Hotel/Scott’s Seafood on the Sacramento River, 4800 Riverside Blouevard.
