On August 29th at 4:50pm, Jaime Edward Neves passed away surrounded by his loving family (wife, daughter, two granddaughters, and sister-in-law) at home.
Jaime Edward Neves was born July 11, 1947 in Horta Faial, Azores to parents Edward and Matilda Neves and is the second youngest of four siblings. He served his home country with honor before he came to the United States, and became the hardworking man he was.
Jaime loved sports, his favorite teams were the San Francisco 49ers and the San Jose Sharks. He was the kind of man that was always there to help a friend or family member at any time. He was blessed with 47 years with the love of his life and he was always so proud of his daughter and grandchildren and just lit up when they were around.
Jaime was adored and loved beyond words and is survived by his loving wife Clara Neves, daughter Michele Neves-Soto and son-in-law Raymond Soto III. Jaime was a grandfather to Ashley Soto and Jasmin Soto and a great grandfather to Romeo Nelson. .
The love Jaime had for his family and friends, the kindness and generosity that he showed to everyone will be remembered in our hearts forever
He is now resting in peace with his son Nelson Neves. We love you always and forever.
