Always there to lend a hand or provide us with some good advice. He taught us to be strong, and self sufficient, to live with integrity and always take care of each other. He gave us one of the greatest gifts a parent could give their children, he taught us to have common sence. These tools helped shape our lives and led us to be successful adults and to raise successful children. He can be proud of his legacy 5 children, 10 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and one on the way. He was our rock, when Dad was around you knew you were safe. Our dad joins his parents and 5 siblings. Look out heaven when the Berringer boys get together the place will come to life with their pranks and antics. In memory of all the fun we had. Watch over us dad. We love you and will miss you.

  • Ed Bell says:

I am saddened to hear of Howard’s passing. He was a good man, father of my best friend growing up and a stand in dad for a lot of the kids who grew up in Tahoe Park. I always looked up to him, he took good care of his family and always kept himself in tip top shape. He was rewarded by having a long and fulfilling life. Over the years, I have often thought fondly of growing up in Sacramento and Howard was often in my thoughts. I will be unable to attend the services but know that I will say a prayer. My best to Lucille, Fred, Marty , Diana, Katie and John.
