My Dear Mom, Yesterday was 15 weeks since I have been with you or talked to you. How I miss you so- I still try to call you, I always have something to share with you or think I need to check on you. Went to the Delta for much needed relaxation and it was good to get away. We are doing more traveling now, trying to pack all we can into each day we have. I love you and miss you so very much! Your Daughter, Judy

Oh Mom, today is 5 weeks that I lost you and I don’t know what to do without you. I love and miss you so so much. I am so blessed to have had you as long as I did. I could see you were getting tired and ready to go, I just wasn’t ready or willing to accept that you were tired. I thank you for being my Mom for almost 62 years, for teaching me to be strong and independent. Wilma wrote most of your eulogy and I know you were proud of us all! Her words help carry me – You were a very strong woman and handled what life dealt you without ever complaining or asking for any help. You took care of us all. I am trying to be like you, but I can’t, I am not as strong. Everyone says you are in a better place and I know you are – but I so wish you were here. I love and miss you. I know you are happy to be reunited with Jack & Kip & I know Granny came to get you and lead the way. I hope you are healty and at peace. I love and miss you but will oneday be with you again. Love, Your Daughter Judy

What a full and inspiring life she led. There is no greater legacy than that of our family that we leave behind. She is gone in body but her spirit lives on brightly, beautifully, and honorably through her wonderful daughter’s and family. I will never forget her and am blessed to have known her. What an Angel she will be. Heaven, will never be the same!

I really got to know and Love my Aunt Helen like never before in the past 2-3 years, traveling to Sacramento on business. I always looked forward to going over to her house for a home cooked meal, visiting and doing little things for her around the house. She always had something for me to do. I will never forget those visits and she will always have a special place in my heart. Love You All… And i will keep you in my prayers that God gives you a peace above all understanding….

Jerry and I are so sorry for your loss of your mom. You guys always had so much fun teasing and cutting up with her. I remember the yard sale at GP’s and how you girls took everything she brought to sell. We all had such a good time during that time. I loved all the visits to the office with her and the day Kip fell in the clubhouse she said he’s o.k. and made some snide remark that made us all laugh. She will be missed terriblly with her sense of humor and her caring for others. Our prayers are with the family thru this most difficult time. Jerry and Angie Sturr

We are so sorry to learn of Helen’s accident and death. Helen was such a lovely and fun person….a cousin and a friend. We always enjoyed visits with her. She always wore a beautiful smile….and enjoyed a good story or joke….and was great at telling them herself!! We send our sympathy to you four girls and all her family. We will be thinking of you in the days to come. We know your loss is almost unbearable. Remember all the good times!! We know there were many. Love you all!

My prayers go out to the family and friends of Helen, she will always be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, greatgrandmother and loving friend. Her Legacy in this world is in her daughters and family, she was witty, kind and onery from time to time abut that is what made her so loving. may she rest in peace and be forever in our hearts.Just know she is not that far from us and will always be watching over you and if you screw up, she’ll know…but we will see her again when our time comes, she is not alone and her love will always be with you.
