In my hometown, (of 5000 pleope) the city park puts out flags all around the perimeter of the park on Memorial Day, the 4th of July, and Veterans Day. Each flagpole has a little plaque with a name, rank and dates of service. Anyone who was born there who is a veteran can have a flag. My dad is retired from the Navy and we got him a flag as a gift when he retired. It meant a lot to him. I got a postcard a few days ago telling me that my parents got me a flag too, to commemorate the 20th anniversary of my leaving for the Army. I was moved, and I need to call my mom and dad and thank them for that gift.

Flo was a very caring mother & grandmother to her three daughters along with thier many grand kids & great grand childern. I have known Flo since 2001 & enjoyed my many visits to her home while accompanying her oldest daughter, Tona for holiday dinners & special occasions. We will all miss her very much, but she will always be in our hearts & prayers.

  • Tona & Gary says:

Flo Wymore & Raymond lived in the Roseville area for over 10 years. They were avid golfers & traveled the country playing many of the best golf courses in the United States. They would dress alike in their matching golf attire & enjoyed their many golf adventures. Flo & Ray were both very kind & generous people, they took good care of their three daughters – Tona, Kathy & Nancy with lots of love & friendships between the whole Wymore family. Family get togethers were a fun time when all five Grand kids would show up at Grandma Flo & Ray’s house with the three daughters & their husbands along with the Grand Children – Don, Nino, Rayla, Tim & Tami – this made for a lively group!

  • Dick Wymore & Marla Stilwell says:
