Was born in Hollister, Idaho to Anna Ruth Morehouse and Glenn Walter Swaim. She was an entrepreneur and owner of the No Delay Laundry in Redmond, Oregon, before moving to Sacramento in 1964. She dedicated 20 years of service to a second career at the State of California Public Employees’ Retirement System, retiring in 1984. A life-long member of the Women of the Moose, Chapter 467, Klamath Falls, Oregon, and the International Order of Job’s Daughters, Bethel 52, Redmond, Oregon. Enola was devoted to and doted on her family. She was the beloved mother of Elizabeth Brigner and the beloved grandmother of Sabra Ricci and Shannon Hemstock. She was thrilled to be the beloved great-grandmother of Alexandra Pennebaker. Her family would like to thank her caregivers at Bright Future for the loving care provived and to the caring professionals at Mercy Hospice.
