I am so sorru for yours and everyones loss of a great, kind, soft spoken and loving womam. I remember when I was a kid at au t Elaine’s house one summer and I got stung on my eye by a bee. My eye was swelling shut and I was balling. My grandpa laughed at me ( as he always did when i hurt myself. Lol) and aunt Elaine took me in the kitchen. She knew just what to do. She wet my under my eye and put a little meat tenderisor on it. It eventually stopped stingi g so bad and the swelling started to go down then she got me a glass of tea and I went back outside. Even though i was tearing up her stuff ( but we womt get imto that. I was bad) she didnt yell at me or anything. She told me i already paid for it. I know she was mad. I always behaved myself over there from then on. She will be missed by so many. She was the matriarch of our family.

I have a 8mm film of Aunt Sis, Uncle Alvie, my dad and my youngest brother. They are all pushing this VW van. For some reason everybody else stopped pushing except Aunt Sis. She even turned around and put her back into it. Every time I think of that I just laugh and laugh
