Deborah Ann Sheidler, 64, left this world on February 14, 2022, at her home in Sacramento, CA.
Deborah was born January 11, 1958, in Vallejo, California, to Richard Francis and Arlene Mardell (Bixler) Sheidler. She graduated from Mira Loma High School, Sacramento, CA, in 1976.
After graduating high school, Debbie worked in various healthcare positions. She worked for Physicians Clinical Laboratory, starting with office duties and then eventually became a phlebotomist. She worked for Sutter Medical Center, Sacramento, for several years in the Pathology Department.
From May 2001 to July 2017, Debbie was an interior designer for Design Galleria by Valentine, in Sacramento. During that time, she won many awards for her outstanding talent and achievements in design. Because of her sparkly personality and thoughtful style, many of her clients became her friend and trusted her wholeheartedly with design choices for their homes. Her creative eye and attention to detail lead to her success. Her years as a designer were the most enjoyable and satisfying of her career.
She was deeply devoted to her mother and father and enjoyed taking care of them as they aged. Her artistic creativity led her to teach classes on making beautiful “Santa Wreaths”. She also made individual art pieces such as sculptures and wall art. She was a wonderful, loving and kind woman that enjoyed snow skiing, scuba diving, opera (Luciano Pavarotti!), cars, having fun and helping others.
Debbie is survived by her brother, Richard Ford Sheidler, Sacramento, CA. She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Arlene Sheidler.
