Kay M. Sullivan, age 86, died on Sunday at her home in Sacramento. Kay was born in Summit, NJ on July 18th, 1925 as Catherine May Hemmann. She later married Grover Bradburn in California and they had three children: Susan, Robin and Roxann.   Kay became a successful Real Estate Broker, continuing until she retired after over 40 years in the business. During that time she worked for some of the best Real Estate Companies in Northern CA, until finally establishing her own organization, “Kay Bradburn, Realtor” in Carmichael. During that time she became a President of the Sacramento Council of Real Estate Agents. Kay married Joseph (Joe) Sullivan, A Federal employee at McClellan AFB, in 1975. A fervent volunteer, Kay was active in the Sacramento Republican Woman’s Federated for years, serving as President twice, and was a member of volunteer organizations of St. Marks Methodist Church. Kay is survived by her three daughters, two grandchildren, one great-grandson, two great-granddaughters, and one great-great grandson. The family will receive friends for viewing on Friday, May 4th between 4 and 8 PM at the East Lawn Mortuary, 5757 Greenback Ln., Sac. On Saturday May 5th, Services will begin at St. Andrews United Methodist Church, 6201 Spruce Ave., Sac, CA 95841
