Barbara had a heart of compassion and generosity. She gave me a chance which lead to a 34 year career with the State. My heart breaks with her passing as it is a painful loss. Though words to the family seem empty at this time, know that Barbara cherished each one of you and was proud to be your mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister. She will always be in my heart and cherished memories.
