Judith "Judy" Carol Albers passed away March 21st, 2015 at the age of 68. Judy was born in Sacramento, California to Lillian and Mancell Hough on August 22nd 1946, and was a lifelong resident of Sacramento. She was preceded in death by her devoted husband of 35 years Richard Albers. She is survived by her loving sister Linda Ingle of Sacramento; her caring niece Laura Ingle Kramme, husband Kenny Kramme, their 2 year old son Jackson Kramme of New York City who she adored; and her two brothers Richard Hough of Colfax and Jim Hough of West Sacramento. Judy also leaves behind many good friends in and out of state, in addition to thoughtful neighbors in Carmichael. Her warmth and kindness touched many lives, and she was known for her generous heart and quick wit. If you were lucky enough to know Judy, you fell in love with her genuine curiosity of life and her sense of humor. She loved a good laugh, and shared joy easily. Judy retired from the Sacramento City Unified School District in 2000 where she began working as an account clerk in 1975. In earlier years, she enjoyed gardening, reading and taking trips to the coast with her husband Dick. The loss of this incredibly loving, selfless, sweet woman will leave a void in all of our hearts. Services are being planned for the fall. Please check www.eastlawn.com and search Judy Albers for more information. In lieu of flowers, donations in her name may be made at www.curepc.org. - See more at:
